The General Secretariat of Penitentiary Institutions this Friday approached four other prisoners of the terrorist group ETA, two of them convicted of crimes of blood, and there would only be seven left to be transferred to prisons near the Basque Country, according to the Victims of Terrorism Association.
Specifically, they are Raúl Ángel Fuentes Villota, Pedro María Cano Hernández and Pedro María Cano Hernández. The fourth transferred, Gaizka Astorquizaga Arriaga, in prison since November 18, 2020, passes from the Madrid V Penitentiary Center to the Bilbao Penitentiary Center as a preventive prisoner.
In addition, the central services of Penitentiary Institutions have resolved the third degree classification of Olga Comes Arambillet, who entered prison on December 4, 2012. Sentenced to 9 years, one month and 15 days for depositing weapons and conspiracy for a terrorist crime of illegal detention, it completed three quarters in October 2019.
Comes, which has no civil liability, has accepted prison law, has disassociated himself from the terrorist gang and has sent writings in which he renounces the use of violence, regrets the damage caused and takes responsibility for the pain caused to his victims.
