BARCELONA, 14 Jun. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Minister of Territorial Policy and Public Function and first secretary of the PSC, Miquel Iceta, has considered this Monday that the pardons may arrive before going on vacation, and consequently before August 1.
“They can be at any time, but I think they will be before we go on vacation. This depends on the president. The politicians, until the first of August, we did not finish. Yesterday there were statements from the vice president of the Government saying that they can arrive in a few weeks” , has underlined in an interview in Rac1 collected by Europa Press.
On whether he rules out that they can be approved in the Council of Ministers on Tuesday, Iceta has found that the agenda for this meeting was approved on Thursday, and the pardons were not: “It is also true that, at the last minute, it can be carried something in hand. And normally who carries things in hands is the president or vice-president. It cannot be ruled out, but it is not foreseen.
