The Ministry of Health of China has reported this Monday of another 25 cases that add to the balance of infections detected so far since the pandemic broke out.
Of the eleven new cases in the last day, five have been reported in Sichuan, two in Guangdong, while Inner Mongolia, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Chongqing have reported one case each.
Until this Tuesday, China has registered 5,612 imported cases of coronavirus, of which 5,342 have received medical discharge and 270 remain hospitalized, while accumulating 90,610 positives for COVID-19, including 316 still active, four of them in serious condition.
In total, 85,658 people have been discharged, while 4,636 have lost their lives due to the disease, which nevertheless has not left any fatality for months in the Asian country.
The health authorities have confirmed that this Tuesday there are three suspected cases of COVID-19 in the nation, while they have reported that 321 asymptomatic patients, 310 of them imported, remain under medical observation.
As for the situation in Hong Kong, it accumulates 11,740 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 209 deaths and 11,363 hospital discharges.
